Who am I?
Why do I do the things I do?
What are my natural tendencies?
What is my reputation?
How do I present myself when I’m under stress?
What do I want people to say about me when I’m not in the room?
What do I enjoy doing?
What motivates me?
What are strengths I have that I don’t recognize?
What are things I think about myself that aren’t true?
How can I work with people better?
How can people work better with me?
Are there patterns to my behaviors?
How can I predict my performance in a certain role?
How can I communicate for success?

As we continue to emerge from the malaise of COVID, these questions seem to be on the minds of my clients more and more. Within the last four months alone, the amount of personality assessments and behavior and performance indicator assessments I’ve conducted, with corporate and individual coaching clients, has skyrocketed.

I love conducting these assessments. The conversations that follow and the insights gleaned from the discussions are always fascinating. There is nothing more gratifying than observing your Thought Partner, as they process information and register epiphanies, literally right in front of you. The best part of my day!

If you’ve ever wondered about any of the above questions or concepts, maybe it’s time to learn more than you think you already know.

Personality assessments are fun to take, interesting to read, and even more fascinating to examine.
