As we begin to kick off holiday festivities, I thought it might be a good time to harness the power of our haunting mindsets. This time of year we start overcommitting ourselves and our time, creating a sense of overwhelm with all the “extras” that find their way onto our plates, and our brains can’t help but keep too many tabs open for us all at once.
